2. Purpose of this website
Foundd Dubai provides free scans of your website, advertising campaigns, search engine visibility, AI search presence, and webshop performance. Each scan produces a report with findings and recommendations. The website also provides information about the Foundd methodology and services.
3. Free scans
Free scans are provided at no charge and with no obligation. We reserve the right to limit the number of free scans per person or business. Scan reports are delivered within 48 hours and contain recommendations only. Implementation of any recommendations is your responsibility unless you separately engage Foundd to carry out work on your behalf.
4. No contractual commitment
Requesting a free scan does not create a contract, a retainer, or any ongoing obligation. If you choose to engage Foundd for additional services beyond the free scan, that engagement will be subject to a separate, written agreement with clear pricing and scope.
5. Intellectual property
All content on this website, including text, design, layout, graphics, the Foundd wordmark, and product names (AdScan, SEOScan, AIScan, SiteScan, ShopScan), is the intellectual property of IQ Middle East LLC-FZ. You may not reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit any of this content without prior written consent.
Your scan report is yours to keep and use. You may share it with your team, your developer, or any other party involved in implementing the recommendations.
6. Accuracy of information
Scan reports are based on automated analysis and expert review. While we strive for accuracy, we do not warrant that all issues will be identified, that all information is complete or error-free, or that all recommendations will improve your results. The information on this website and in scan reports is provided for general informational purposes only.
7. Your submissions
When you submit information through one of our forms, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and not misleading, that you are at least 18 years of age, and that you understand that submitting your details does not create any binding obligation on either side.
We use the data you submit as described in our Privacy Policy.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, IQ Middle East LLC-FZ and its directors, employees, and contractors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of this website, your scan report, or your reliance on any information contained in either.
Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
9. Acceptable use
You agree not to use this website for any unlawful purpose, attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or automate requests to this website, submit false or misleading information through our forms, misrepresent your identity or affiliation, or interfere with the security or proper functioning of this website.
10. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC). Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of this website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of DIFC Courts.
If you are a consumer located in the European Union, nothing in these Terms affects any mandatory consumer protection rights available to you under the laws of your country of residence.

This website (foundd.ae) is part of the Foundd network. The master brand website foundd.online is operated by IQ Middle East LLC-FZ and has its own terms of use and privacy policy. These Terms govern your use of foundd.ae only.
