Yes, you do not need to share card details to request your report. You get the analysis, explanation and action points for free, so you can first understand what is happening before spending money on anything.
Of course, we hope you bring in Foundd for the parts you would rather not do yourself. But the report is also useful if you do everything yourself or discuss it with your current developer, web builder or marketing partner.

Can you see my Google Ads data?
No, for the free AdScan access to your Google Ads account is usually not needed. We first look at what a visitor sees after the click: the landing page, message, conversion opportunities, tracking signals and technical basics.
If you later want a full Ads setup review, access is needed of course. We handle that through a secure process. We will never ask you to send login details by email or chat.

What do you do with the information you collect?
We use the information from the request form to run your scan and prepare your report. Where useful, we add context from publicly available sources, such as your website, search results or public platforms.

How does it work if I want you to fix the issues you find?
In your report, every action point explains what is happening, why it matters, how you can fix it yourself, how long that usually takes and the fixed price if Foundd carries it out.
That information is meant as a practical reference point. You decide what you do yourself, what you discuss with your own developer or technical partner, and what you might want us to handle.
If you want Foundd to do the work, select the action points in your report and complete the order through Stripe. We then schedule the work and give you access to your personal Foundd environment for communication and progress updates.

What if you do not find anything to report?
Then that is good news. Every report also mentions what is already in good shape, so you know which parts you do not need to change unnecessarily.
