In my role as director of foundd Dubai, I put my matchmaking skills to good use. I spent years connecting businesses with strong European tech teams, so I know how much the right people can lift a website, and how hard it is to know where to begin. With foundd we give you a clear, no-pressure look at your website or shop, and the right team to put things right whenever you want a helping hand.
The technical team
Together they bring decades of experience from projects for major international brands: webshops, corporate sites and full platform migrations.
Our entire technical team is based in Europe, in Romania: senior specialists who have spent decades building for the Western European market, working practically in your time zone, to European quality standards. No anonymous offshore outsourcing, but a fixed team with names, faces and a track record.

Octavian Bunea
Project Manager
Octavian has steered complex IT projects for more than twenty years, from cloud migrations to the full migration of over sixty websites to a new CMS. A certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and ScrumMaster, he translates technical complexity into clear language and predictable planning. At foundd he makes sure every improvement project runs smoothly.

Szilard Csizmas
Technical Lead
Szilard has been building e-commerce and modern web applications since 2015, from Magento webshops to React and Node.js platforms. A certified Magento developer with deep knowledge of performance, security and infrastructure, he is equally at home improving existing sites and building new ones. At foundd he carries final technical responsibility for delivery.

Katalin Kocsis
Lead Content Manager
Katalin combines more than fifteen years of web development with leading our content work. She builds with React, HTML, CSS and JavaScript, works daily with content systems such as Contentful, and is Celtra Creative Automation certified. With her informatics background she makes sure content and technology at foundd fit together.

Valentin Mezo
Senior Designer
Valentin has designed and built responsive websites for the Western European market for more than seventeen years. He translates business goals into clean, functional design, from UX concept to implementation in the browser, and is a certified Usability Architect (CUA). At foundd he makes sure improvements do not just look better, but work better.

Dragos Moldovan
QA Lead
Dragoș guards the quality of multilingual websites, from regression and acceptance testing to WCAG accessibility. An ISTQB-certified tester, he has steered several major CMS migrations to a good end. At foundd he checks that every fix truly does what it promises, on every device and in every language.
