  1. Is this scan really free?

    Yes. You do not need to share any card details with us to order your report. The report we send you contains everything you need to understand and fix the problem, without paying for more details.

    We offer this information for free in the hope that you decide to bring us in for one or more items from the report. That is not an obligation, though.

  2. Is AI changing so fast that this scan will be outdated tomorrow?

    The specific AI models keep changing, but the underlying signals they use have been the same for years. ChatGPT, Gemini and Perplexity pull information from your website, structured data, directories and public sources. That does not change, even if next year the models go by different names.

    What we find in your report are fundamentals, not temporary tricks. If you are in good shape today, you will still be in good shape a year from now.

  3. What do you do with the information you collect?

    First, we use the information you share through the request form to run a scan and put together your report. To add context where useful, we also use that information to do further research using publicly available sources.

    The final report we produce based on our findings and conclusions is shared only with you. For more details and your rights, please read our privacy policy and terms of service.

  4. How does it work if I want you to fix the issues you find?

    In the report you receive, alongside the detailed explanation and step-by-step instructions, we indicate per item how long it takes to do yourself and the fixed price for us to do it for you.

    Select the items you want us to handle and place your order via Stripe. You do not have to order everything at once, you can come back to the report later to order other items.

    Once payment is received we schedule the work straight away. At the same moment you receive an invitation to activate your personal Foundd account. All further communication about the work and its progress takes place inside that secure environment.

  5. What if you do not find anything to report?

    That is great news for you and a useful learning moment for us. Positive findings are always a part of our reports anyway.

    In practice, on almost every scan we find a number of items that can save money or improve results. We do not enjoy turning small problems into big ones and we do our best to give you objective information in plain English.
